It was able to scan and unlike method 1, I was able to change resolution but I wasn't able to adjust image after scan like color tone, gamma or sharpness. This printer is old but has always been great. Printing pictures documents envelopes and etc. Really enjoyed scanning old photos to preserve them. I have read the different fixes and will try to see if I can figure them out. This might not be the correct place to ask if anyone has any answers to my ink problem.
