Ps4 commander lilith dlc not downloaded

Thats so stupid. When they say it has all dlc it should have all dlc. Handsome collection came out before the Commander Lilith DLC so not sure why it would be included unless they increased the price. Wasted View Profile View Posts.

I have uninstalled the base game and the DLC and reinstalled them over and over again but the issue still persists.

Already verified game files and double checked all DLCs are enabled under game properties Do you see the DLC on the store page as already owned? If I clicked "download" despite already having it in my library and it has already been downloaded the DLC has a file size download of 2. I don't know any solution for this. Return to the award-winning shooter-looter for an all-new adventure that sets the stage for the upcoming Borderlands 3.
